STiLUM: Tropical Crush With Nitya Bajaj.

Dear Chicas!

This particular post is quite special! Not only because I personally love the look but also because it features someone I have known before blogging happened to me.

Going way down the memory lane, I know this pretty lady when Backstreet Boys were everyones crush and talking to friends through landline was the only way of getting ‘social’ a.k.a since School Time!

Say hello to oh-so talented and making it towards being the Gen Next’s ‘IT’ designer: Nitya Birla Bajaj. Even better reference to who she is- Ballooned midi skirts you see everyone flaunting and raving about is by her name sake label- Nitya Bajaj Label (being known by your work is the bestest feeling!)

Now a hot momma, Nitya started her label in 2008 after completing her graduation from NIFT, Delhi. Since then there has been no looking back for her.

Apart from being a designer, Nitya is a fashionista herself (quite unlike other designers in India). May be thats why I find her clothes ultra fashionable yet totally wearable! Her choice of colour and embellishments are also very under toned and classy hence her designs be in vogue for a long time. Spilling classy all over!

Today I am featuring her much talked and celeb loved collection called the Tropicana Collection (Available at perniapopupshop)

Like they say when in doubt wear a LBD! I would say when in doubt wear crop top and a skirt! Crop tops with skirts or probably with anything looks irresistibly hot and fashionable. And particularly, Nitya’s digital print crop tops + skirts are hands down a must have combination this season. The distinct print and ballooned skirt style is so popular that its a celebrity in its own!

Giving a little twist of my own I wore the digital crop top with a peplum attached pencil skirt. The length of the skirt gives it a conservative touch that makes it look more hotter with this short crop top.

Keeping apparels the hero, accessories are minimal yet eye catchy. This outfit would go great for a hot club night out and totally be wearable even for a office night out ! I love multi tasking outfits! They are perfect when you have to hop different kinda parties :p

Love the green lush in the background of the pictures? The look was shot away from the hustle-bustle of Delhi in a beautiful golf course called the Karma Lakelands!
