Now and then time rush passes in a way that you later reckon (a master chef follower ;p) there should be an extra day to the weekEND where one can go invisible, have some lone time and just write/BLOG. But like we all know there are only 2 days to the weekEND and all jobs except blogging took my time.
I was so looking forward to attend the ongoing Lakme Fashion Week in Mumbai and take Ms. Coco Queen national. My family raised loads of concern for letting me travel alone but I vested full faith in Mumbai, like most of us (isn’t it?) but expectations always take a crash landing. Its was the first day of the LFW when the 22year old photojournalist was raped in broad day light and broke my notion of a safer city, Mumbai or a country perhaps. Somewhere in my heart I rested that I didn’t go alone to Mumbai. Till when will this continue ? Should we all stop working?? Aargh its agitating at times. Like they say, every drop counts, I was part of the peace protest that took place at Indian Gate in the Nirbhaya case late last year but nothing has changed, nothing at all.
So with a crazy week that was, I have finally managed to post something even though its been in my ‘ready to post’ folder for so long !
Like I always name my look this will certainly be called- ‘Around The World’ only because its an ensemble put together from clothes I purchased from LONDON+ROME+BANGKOK+PUNE+DELHI !! which fabulously totals up to some 20,000 miles of travel and 4 holidays !! 😛
I wore this to the recent gone Delhi Couture Week 2013, where I even got clicked with quirk queen Masaba Gupta.
One of my personal favorite STiLUM edition all because it has my latest crush crop top (Bangkok), classy sassy side slit skirt (London), My Salvatore peep toe (Rome), panther bracelet and bow ring from Aldo, Forever New Belt (Delhi) and clutch from Pune !
Take a look !
Crop top craving anyone ?? Worry not I am already on a ‘howto’ post for a sassy crop top look !
