To begin with, my trip to Greece was just like I dreamed off, have so much to share from this trip but I thought should start with the most asked question!
“Which Airbnb apartment did you stay in Santorini?”
Well, lets have a GoPro tour of the apartment first:

I can now be a self proclaimed & bonafide Greece travel planner 😀 All thanks to weeks of searching and researching. One gem that I found was my Airbnb apartment in Santorini. Located in the beautiful village of Emporio, it was everything I had wished for. Just 15 mins from Fira {Capital of Santorini} by car or RTV, it had a terrace (private jacuzzi included 😉 ) with a sea view, a huge veranda for morning coffees, modern kitchen with amenities like my dear nespresso, oven etc and to top it all off, a smart tv preloaded with Netflix <3
With close proximity to churches and local cafes, this old cave house was renovated just this year. It might seem little away from known places like Fira or Oia but it was our best bet because we wanted to stay away from the hustle bustle of touristy hubs, well, to the know real taste of Santorini! Also, an island like Santorini is all about hiring and commuting by cars, scooty or quad bikes so we anyways weren’t looking to explore the island by foot to consider very close proximity to the main hubs.
It was indeed our best stay through-out the trip. And our host, Anastasia gets all the credits. She made sure we had everything we needed. From recommending things to do and places to eat (we loved all her suggestions) to even coming all the way to reset the jacuzzi temperature as the weather got really hot!
Thats the beauty of an airbnb apartment. Your interaction with the locals and hosts and proximity to local cafes and restaurants just makes your trip even more memorable.
