#AIFWSS18 Day 2 With Amazon Fashion

So Day 2 at AIFW started with something for men!
Yaas! Naari shakti rules the ramp but Calvin Klien Jeans had everything for dear men! CKJ launched its AW17 collection for men at the Amazon Designer Boutique lounge on Day2.

Amazon Designer Boutique is a new launched e-store with an eclectic mix of 50 established & emerging designers. Amazon Designer Boutique houses names like Rohit Khanna + Rahul Gandhi, Pankaj & Nidhi, Ritu Kumar, AM PM, Ashish Soni, Rina Dhaka, Krishna Mehta to name just a few. Starting from INR 1500 to 30000 with wide range of 12,000 products for both men & women in apparels, shoes & bags {See here}

Amidst the shows, Hidesign also launched its latest collection called Maasai at the Amazon Designer Boutique. I was delighted to see the refreshing change in Hidesign aesthetics with use of metal and fun bag straps in shades of deep browns and red. The evening was pouring with great cocktails and finger food.

Well, its time for the Day 2 look!
Diverting from my usual style is a challenge I like to take on now and then. Day 2 look was totally my day for experimenting with my style. I wore Bangalore based designer Gitika Goyal’s label- GRASS & PRESA Flats.

Understated, relaxed and muted tones along with anti fit silhouettes is what caught my attention while selecting this look from GRASS. The collections offers natural Indian fabrics, printing techniques with cuts and styles that rope in western influences. It is also about clean colours, carbon conscious processes, ethical choices, natural fabrics and edgy cuts. Sustainable & organic clothing along with conscience shopping decisions are truly the next path for fashion in my opinion.

To compliment my very Japanese-Yokohama inspired look I teamed up with mint colour Presa Flats which not only compliment the look so well but also helped me strive through the day with its comfortable platform sole.
